Mack Flowers Sr. opened the WheelHouse on Springhill Avenue in 1971, and for 33 years Mobile drove across town for the fish fry and the gumbo. Four generations later the same recipes come in a bag, a pouch and two bottles. Your customers remember the name. Now they can take it home.
